jia wei gui pi tang 加味歸脾湯 (pronounced in Japanese: Kami-kihi-to)

Application: anemia, palpitation, forgetfulness, insomnia, lack of appetite and underweight, pale complexion, fright and night sweating, irregular menses, heavy vaginal bleeding, vaginal discharge, pale and large volume of menses, low grade fever due to blood deficient (xue xu)﹐chronic immune thrombocytopenic purpura.
chai hu 6 g, shan zhi zi 6 g, ren shen 6 g, bai zhu 6 g, fu ling 6 g, huang qi 6 g, dang gui 9 g, suan zao ren 6 g, long yan rou 12 g, yuan zhi 6 g ,zhi gan cao 6 g, da zao 12 g, mu xiang 6 g, sheng jiang 12 g.
Boil with water. Use as tea.
用于﹕貧血, 健忘, 心悸, 神經過敏的失眠患者,腸胃虚弱, 消瘦﹐盜汗﹐月經不調﹐陰道大量出血﹐月經 顏色淡與量大﹐面色不好, 腹诊脉诊均無力, 情緒低沉的失眠患者,血虛發低熱﹐慢性免疫功能性血小板降低紫斑﹐均可应用。
組成﹕ 柴 胡 6克, 山 梔 子 6克, 人參 6 克, 白朮 6克, 茯苓 6克, 黃耆 6克, 當歸 9克, 酸棗仁 6克 ,龍眼 肉 12克, 遠志 6克 , 炙甘草 6克,大棗 12 克 ,木香 6 克, 生姜 12 克 。
