Yang xu is a traditional Chinese
medical term used in diagnostics.
Clinical symptoms include:
Pale or dark complexion, tiredness
and like to lie down, lack of strength, do not like physical activities,
fat slippery tongue with oily look, cold limbs and dislike
cold, pale color urine, weak pulse.
When yang
xu (yang deficient) is accompanied by
shenxu (kidney deficient)
condition, it is
shenyangxu (kidney
yang deficient)
The opposite
condition is called
yinxu (yin deficient)
.

陽虛症狀﹕
面色蒼白或暗淡,身重倦臥,倦怠無力,萎靡不振,舌質淡而胖膩,舌苔潤滑,畏寒肢冷,尿色淡,脈弱。
陽虚兼有腎虛症狀者,是為腎陽虛。
與陽虚相反是陰虛。
