Do it yourself to stop hiccups:
1 pinch press the middle finger
Use left and right fingers grab the middle finger at the top, about 1 to
2 minutes, hiccups can be stopped.
2 pinch Nei guan point
"Nei guan" finger pinch, 6-7 cm of the acupoints on the inside of your
wrist first stripes about 2 cross-refers to the distance, its effect of
stopping hiccup is good.
3. Sneeze to stop hiccup
If you want to sneeze, you can smell pepper powder to induce sneezing.
4. Scraping superciliary bone
Use the thumb to press on both sides of the temples, use the index
finger to scrap the inside of the brow bones. Use some pressure till you
feel a slight sore feeling.
5 press the Shao shang points
Use the thumb to press shao shang point till you feel a little sore,
about half a minute. The hiccups will stop.
在日常生活中,有的人一不小心,就打嗝不斷。有人是由於吃飯受涼,或者是吃得太快,或者是不明不白使膈肌痙攣,造成打嗝的現象,十分難受。制止打嗝的方法很多,以下5種方法是最簡便的自治方法。
1.掐按中指
分別用自己的左右手指,用力掐住中指頂部,大約過1~2分鐘以後,打嗝即可被制止。
2.掐按內關穴
用手指掐“內關穴”,此穴位於手腕內側6~7厘米處,即第一橫紋下約2橫指的距離,其止打嗝的效果也比校好。
3.噴嚏止嗝
打嗝時,如果想辦法打個噴嚏,就可以止嗝,可以用鼻子聞一下胡椒粉即可打噴嚏。
4.刮眉棱骨
將雙手的拇指壓在兩側太陽穴上,用彎出的食指側面從眉骨的內側向外側刮,稍稍用力,以微有酸痛感時為佳。
5.按壓少商穴
在打嗝發作時,用拇指按壓少商穴,使酸痛感持續半分鐘,打嗝即可停止。
