Food high in zinc Diets high in protein are usually high in zinc. Oysters, walnuts, beef, almonds, soy, peas, peanuts, ginger, whole-grain products, brewers yeast, wheat bran, wheat germ, herring, sardines, and pumpkin seeds are high in zinc.
