that May Decrease the Effects of Warfarin:

The following drugs may decrease the effects of warfarin: azathioprine (Imuran), barbiturates, birth control pills ( oral contraceptives) , carbamazepine (Tegretol), cholestyramine (Questran), Coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone or ubidecarenone), estrogens (possible), ethchlorvynol (Placidyl), glutethimide (Doriden), griseofulvin (Gris-PEG), phytonadione (vitamin K), primidone (Mysoline), penicillins (some) , spironolactone, sucarlfate (Carafate), rifampin (Rifadin), thiazide diuretics.
Note: Coenzyme Q is structurally related to vitamin K (menaquinone); therefore, it possesses pro-coagulant properties.
