Formula: zhi bai di huang wan This formula is being made into pill (wan) form, but it can be also make into decoction with raw herbs. Application: yinxu (yin deficient) and heat is high﹐TB with hot flushes, dry mouth and throat, spermatorrhea, chronic nerve inflammation, chronic kidney inflammation, achy loin and feet, instant sweating and night sweating, heaviness in the head and dizziness, ringing in the ears, difficulty in hearing, dry tongue and pain in the throat, insomnia, night urination, and diabetes with yinxu (yin deficient) condition. Prescription for decoction: zhi mu 30 g, huang bai 30 g, shu di huang 24 g, shan zhu yu 12 g, dan pi 9 g, fu ling 9 g, ze xie 9 g, shan yao 12 g, Boil with water. One package per day to be taken in two servings.
Adjustment: Dry mouth and pain in the throat: add xuan shen , jie geng Achy loin and back: add niu xi, du zhong Irritable and thirsty: add huang qi , ren shen
主治﹕陰虛有熱 ，肺結核潮熱，咽乾喉痛，遺精 ，慢性神經炎、慢性腎炎、腰痛足痠、自汗盜汗、頭量目眩、耳鳴、重聽、舌燥喉痛、不眠症、夜尿症及糖尿病。 加減﹕
