yin ling quan point SP9 陰陵泉 (in English and Chinese 中英文)

Locating the acupoint: The patients should be seated or in supine position. The acupoint is on the body's medial leg, below the knee medial tibial depression, opposite side of Yang ling quan. It is behind the medial condyle of the tibia depression.

 

Indication: drain dampness from the lower part of the body. Being used for chronic yeast infections ( Candida albicans), numbness caused by dampness, medial knee pain, issues involving damp-heat in the GB, like hepatitis jaundice.

陰陵泉: 取穴時,患者應採用正坐或仰臥的取穴姿勢,該穴位於人體的小腿內側,膝下脛骨內側凹陷中,與陽陵泉相對(或當脛骨內側髁後下方凹陷處、

主治: 從下焦去濕。用於慢性白帶(念珠菌感染),濕痺,膝內側疼痛,涉及肝經之病變,如肝炎黃疸濕熱。
