Distribution﹕

產地:

Mainly produced in Jiaxin, Pinhu, Haining,

Jingning of Zejiang province and Wuxian of

Jiangsu, and Suzhou; also in Anhui province.

主產於浙江嘉興、平湖 、海寧、景寧，江蘇吳縣、

蘇州等地，銷全國
各地，此外安徽亦有產。

Actions & Indications:

主治﹕

For treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, numbness in

skin and muscles, TB in bones and joints, paralysis,

blurry vision, rashes and rabies, leprosy, epilepsy,

tetanus, flatulence, burping, constipation, amenorrhea,

fullness in the uterus due to accumulation of blood, and

polio of children.

治風濕頑痹，肌膚不仁，關節, 骨結核，半身不遂，視物不 清﹐

昏朦症，風 疹疥癬癬，麻風，癲癇， 破傷風，腹脹腸鳴﹐

噯氣﹐便秘﹐閉經﹐腹痛﹐子宮血 痞﹐小 兒麻痹症。

Medical function﹕

藥理:

1.Anti-inflammatory effects:  water decoction of wu shao

she of10 ~ 20g/kg or alcohol extract 5 ~ 10g/kg, showed

that it was effective in  xylene induced ear edema in mice

and also showed a significant inhibition of the rat agar

swollen foot, and its anti-inflammatory effects can compared

to the using hydrocortisone [1] of equivalent to 15mg/kg.
2. Mouse hot-plate test and writhing test, the analgesic effect

the above dose of wu shao she decoction or alcohol extract

showed a significant analgesic effect equivalent to 40mg/kg

of the painkiller Rotundine  [1].
3. Other effect:  water decoction or alcohol extract possesses

anticonvulsant effect [1]. The wu shao she serum possesses

the effect of anti-venom [2].

1．抗炎作用 烏梢蛇水煎劑10～20g/kg或醇提取液5～10g／kg，

對大鼠瓊脂性足腫和二甲苯所致小鼠耳腫脹均有顯著抑制作用，

其抗炎作用強度相當於15mg/kg的氫化可的松［1］。
2．鎮痛作用 用小鼠熱板法和扭體法試驗表明，上述劑量的烏梢蛇

水煎派或醇提取液，均有顯著鎮痛作用，作用強度相當於40mg／kg的

羅痛定［1］。

3．其他作用 烏梢蛇水煎劑或醇提取液具有抗驚厥作用［1］。烏梢蛇

血清有抗蛇毒作用［2］。

Samples of formulae:

處方舉例﹕

chronic eczema or urticaria

Name of formula: wu shao she xiao feng yin

Composition:

wu shao she 3 g (ground),  can tui12 g, dang dui15 g, chi shao12 g,

fang feng 10 g, jing jie10 g, di fu zi 18 g, chai hu 6 g, bai ji li10 g,

gan cao 3 g.

Cook with water and strain and use as tea.

慢性濕疹、蕁麻疹:

藥方名：烏梢蛇消風飲

烏梢蛇3克（研末）、 蟬蛻12克 、當 歸15克、赤 芍12克、防 風10克、

荊 芥10克、地 膚子18克、柴 胡 6克、白 蒺藜10克、甘 草 3克。

水煎服。

Chemical ingredients:

化學成份﹕[1]

Mainly contains protein 22.1%, fat 1.7%, 17 amino acid. The muscle

contains fructose 1, 6 biphosphatase.

主含蛋白質22.1%及 脂肪1.7%，17 種氨基 酸［2］。肌肉含果糖1，

6-二磷酸酯酶［3］。

3 - 9 g in decoction. 3 g taken as powder form.

Cautions:

禁忌:

Not to use in cases of yinxu (yin deficient) with heat, also in cases

of weakness after stroke like type of sickness.

 陰 虛內熱者忌服。類中風而屬虛者也忌 服。
