Influenza with fever, thirty, swollen throat, pnuemonia, suppurative Lung disease, cough due to deficiency, chronic consumption type of infection, injuries from impact, gout, arthritis, gonorrhea, boils.

感冒發熱﹐口渴，咽喉腫痛﹔肺炎，肺癰，虛勞咳嗽，濕熱津枯，跌打損傷，風痛，風濕病， 淋病，腫毒。

1. Antibiotic effect: in vitro studies show that it possesses inhibiting effect on Staphylococcus aureus and Hemolytic streptococcus and some inhibiting effect on β-Hemolytic streptococcus.
2. Effect on coronary blood flow: injecting with gang mei injectiones (water solution that has been treated with alcohol and NaHSO3) into in vitro heart of guinea pigs showed that the coronary blood flow increase and the contraction of the heart muscle improved. One minute after injection,  the flow amount increased 146%, and contraction of the heart muscle increase 103%.
3. Protective effect on myocardial ischemia: it can protect myocardial ischemia of rabbits caused by posterior pituitary. It possesses certain therapeutic value on coronary diseases and angina.

1. 抗菌作用： 體外試驗表明，本品對金黃色葡萄球菌、溶血性鏈球菌有抑制作用， 對乙型溶血性鏈球菌有輕度抑制作用。
2. 對心臟冠脈流量的影響： 用離體豚鼠心臟灌流崗梅注射液（以乙醇、NaHSO3處理後之水溶液）有增加冠脈流量、加強心收縮力的作用。注 射藥物後1分鐘，流量增加146％，心收縮力增加103％。
3. 抗心肌缺血的作用： 本品對垂體後葉素所致家兔急性心肌缺血T波改變有保護作 用，對S-T段偏移及節律紊亂亦有一定減少，對冠心病、心絞痛有一定療效。
