HIGH potassium (more than 225 milligrams per serving)
Apricots, avocado, banana, cantaloupe, fish, honeydew, kiwi, lima beans, meat, milk, oranges and orange juice, potatoes (can be reduced to moderate by soaking peeled, sliced potatoes overnight before cooking), poultry, prunes, spinach, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, vegetable juice, winter squash, yams.
MODERATE potassium (125 - 225 mg per serving)
Apple juice, asparagus, beets, blackberries, broccoli, carrots, cherries, corn, eggplant, grapefruit, green peas, loose-leaf lettuce, mushrooms, fresh onions, peach, pears, pineapple, raisins, raspberries, strawberries, summer squash, including zucchini, tangerines, watermelon
LOW potassium (less than 125 mg per serving)
Apples, bell peppers, blueberries, cabbage, cranberries, cranberry juice, young cucumber, fruit cocktail, grapes, green beans, iceberg lettuce, canned mandarin oranges, mushrooms, peaches, canned, fresh pineapple, plums
One serving is 1/2 a cup.
Warning: taking excessive amount of high potassium food is not necessary suitable for every body. Seeshenyangxu (kidney yang deficient)腎 陽虛
Note: Some manufactured vitamins have added potassium.

中度鉀(125 - 225毫克每服)
蘋果汁,蘆筍,甜菜,黑莓,西蘭花,胡蘿卜,櫻桃,玉米,茄 子,柚子,青豆,散葉生菜,蘑菇,葱, 桃,梨,菠蘿,葡萄乾,木莓 ,草莓,西葫蘆,包括南瓜,柑橘,西瓜。
含低鉀(每份少於125毫克)
蘋果,甜椒,藍莓,卷心菜,小紅莓,蔓越莓汁,小黃瓜,什錦水果,葡萄,綠豆,生菜,桔子罐頭,香菇,桃子罐頭,新鮮菠蘿,李子.。
腎陽虛患者可能不應吃含 鉀太高的食物。
註:每服份量為半杯 (120 毫升)
馬鈴薯在有些地區又叫土豆,尤其在中國西部。閩南語土豆是指落花生。
