zhu ling tang 猪苓湯

Name of Formula: zhu ling tang (Shang Han Lun)

 

Application: cystitis, urinary tract inflammation, nephritis, hematuria, enteritis, gonorrhea with pus or blood discharge, edema.

 

Composition:

zhu ling, fu ling, ze xie, hua shi, e jiao (pack separately) 12 g of each.

Add about 1,200 c.c. of water. Simmer for 45 minutes.

Strain. Mix e jiao into strained decoction. Drink while warm.

 

Adjustment:

For bladder stones: add shao yao gan cao tang.

For hematuria (blood in urine) add: huai hua, ce bo ye.

 

 

藥方名: 猪苓湯 《方源:傷寒論  》

 

主治:

小便不利 ,排尿疼痛,下腹部脹滿,淋瀝,伴有口渴,發熱,咳嗽,嘔吐,不眠,心煩及脈浮等症。

臨床用於:膀胱炎,尿道炎,腎臟炎,血尿,腸炎,淋疾膿血,浮腫。

組 成:

豬苓茯 苓澤瀉,滑石,阿 膠(另包,冲服),各12克。


加减:

膀胱結石加 芍 藥甘 草湯

尿血加:槐花側柏葉
