xue xu, Blood Deficient 血虛

Blood deficient or xue xu is a term used in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).

Syndromes:  weak body with pale complexion, pale lips, pale nails, dizziness, palpitation, insomnia, numbness in limbs, pale tongue, thin and weak pulse, hypomenorrhea with pale color blood.

Therapy:

Conditions of blood deficient are usually accompanied with qixu (qi deficient). Use si wu tangtang guishu di, bai shao, chuan xiong

Adjustment:

If qixu (qi deficient) : add dang shen, huang qi, gan cao, shan yao

 

血虛症候群
頭暈眼花、心悸失眠、手足發麻、面色蒼白或痿黃、婦女月經量少、閉經等。

血虛症的治療
四物湯當歸熟地白芍川芎

加減:

血虛兼有氣虛 : 黨參黃耆甘草山藥
