主治：

Topical application for ridding of parasites:  for scabies, ringworm, damp rashes, abscesses, ulcerations, snake bites.

Taking internally for intestinal parasites,  especially effective for roundworms.

Dries dampness: expels phlegm

For tumors and  leukemia with high white cell count.

外用：用於瘡癤疔毒，疥癬，膿腫，金錢癬，蟲蛇咬傷等。

• 用於蛔蟲，血吸蟲等寄生蟲病。 對蛔蟲特別有效。

• 去濕除痰。

• 治白血球過多的白血病。

Dosage:

用量﹕

0.15 g to 0.6 g in pills or powders

0.15 克~ 0.6 克﹐制丸或粉劑。

For ring worms: xiong huang with quan niu zi.

蛔虫病，常與檳榔，牽牛子等配伍，如牽牛丸。蛔蟲病，常與檳榔，牽牛子等配伍，如牽牛丸。

血吸虫病，可與南瓜子，檳榔等同用。血吸蟲病，可與南瓜子，檳榔等同用。

Cautions:

禁忌﹕

Do not use in cases of during pregnancy, yinxu (yin deficient), blood deficient and in leukemia with low white cell counts. Not for long term usage.

Calcination of xiong huang can change As₂S₃ and As₄S₄ into highly toxic arsenic trioxide. (As₂O₃) .

不可用於陰虛，血虛或白血球低的白血病。

雄黄於鍛燒後會把 As₂S₃ 與 As₄S₄ 變成毒性很高的 三氧化二砷 （As₂O_3）
