Vagina Bacterial Infection

Symptoms of damp heat of vaginal infection:

Yellowish sticky discharge with foul smell, itchiness in vagina area, burning pain, dark yellow urine, red tongue with yellow coating, and pulse is slippery and rapid. 

The symptoms of damp heat might suggest bacteria infection.

 

 

 

One of the following formulae can be use:

 

(1) Name of Formula: long dan xie gan tang

Ingredients:  

long dan cao 6 g, huang qin 9 g, shan zhi zi 9 g, ze xie 12 g, mu tong 9 g, che qian zi 9 g, chai hu 6 g, gan cao 6 g, sheng di 9 g.

Boil with water. One package a day. Make into two serving.

Stop taking when symptoms subside. Do not take it for long time.

 

(2) Name of Formula: ma chi xian tang

Ingredients: cang zhu 10 g, huang bai 10g, ma chi xian 12 g. Boil with water and use as tea.

 

(3) Name of Formula: bi xie huang bai tang

bi xie 12 g, huang bai 12g. Boil with water and use as tea.

 

 

Formula for washing infected area:

she chuang zi 30 g, ku shen 18 g, bai bu15 g,  huang bai 15 g, bai fan 15 g.  Boil with water for 15 to 20 minutes. Apply steam over the affected area, then wash with the warm liquid.
