Nutritional value of turnip green

Turnip green is a popular vegetable among the Japanese community. It is calledto sai (撮菜) or tsumamina.

 

The nutritional value:
Vitamins A, B, C, E, K
Minerals: Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Potassium, Zinc
Others: Carotene, Chlorophyll, Amino Acids, Protein: 25%

 

蕪菁苗在日本稱為撮菜 (to cai) 亦稱為 tsumamina

蕪菁苗的營養價值 

維生素 A, B, C, E, K
礦物質: 鈣,鐵,鎂,鉀,鋅
其他:胡蘿卜素,葉綠素,氨基酸,蛋白質25%
