dilating coronary arteries and improves volume of circulation
antiviral effect:
decoctions of sang ji sheng inhibits many ECHO (Enteric cytopathic human orphan) and Coxsackie viruses in vitro,
inhibits poliomyelitis type of virus

舒張冠狀血管，增加冠脈血流量
克沙奇病毒
對脊髓灰質類病毒有抑制作用。

懈寄生也有降血壓作用。

Being used in pain and numbness in arthritis, achiness and weakness in loin and knees, restless fetus, threatened abortion, hypertension.

祛風濕，補肝腎，養血安胎。用于風濕痹痛，腰膝酸软、下肢麻木、胎動不安、先兆流產、高血壓等症。

毒素與禁忌﹕

Over dosage in animals have resulted in vomiting, diarrhea, and death.

剤量過大，在動物試驗發生過有嘔吐，腹瀉甚至死亡。

jiu ji sheng: after cutting in sections and soaking in a mixture of wine and water, steam or stir fry until dry. Jiu ji sheng not necessarily is stronger than those have not been treated with wine for clearing channels (meridians) and in ridding of pain in arthritis.

酒寄生: 將桑寄生切段加酒及水，拌勻浸透。蒸制或微炒乾燥。酒寄生必未經酒制的桑寄生之祛風濕、通經絡之功效較強。
