Rinse herbs with
water. Add about 1400 c.c. of water. Simmer till 400 c.c. is left.
Strain. Make into 3 servings for each day consumption. Take as tea,
while warm.
How to use:

temperature: start to take from low point; 3 to 6 prescriptions and
stop taking 3 days before the peak temperature.
