bao he wan 保和丸  (in English and Chinese 中英文)

Name of Formula: bao he wan (Source of formula: Dan Ji Xin Fa)

 

Application: inflammation of the digestive tract, hepatitis, chronic gallbladder inflammation, indigestion, flatulence, frequent pain in the abdomen, burping acidic and foul smelling gas, loose stool, slippery pulse, thick fur on the the tongue.

 

Composition:

 

lai fu zi 7 g﹐ shan zha 24 glian qiao 6 g﹐ shen qu 12 g﹐ fu ling 15 g﹐
ban xia 12 g﹐ chen pi 7 g .

 

Boil with water and use as tea.

 

Note: over the counter, ready made pills are available in most herb stores.

 

 

保和丸(丹溪心法)

 

主治:

胃腸炎,肝炎,慢性膽囊炎, 食積停滯,消化不良,脘腹脹滿,腹中時痛,噯氣酸臭,大便泄瀉,脈滑,苔厚。

 

組成:

萊菔子 7 g﹐ 焦山 楂 24 g連翹 6 g﹐ 神麴 12 g﹐ 茯 苓 15 g﹐
半 夏 12 g﹐ 7 g 。

 

水煎服。

 

註:在一般中药房可買到保和丸成品。
