藥理﹕

Actions & Indications:

主治﹕

For treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, muscle numbness, diarrhea, dysentery, gonorrhea, boils, hemorrhoids.

功能：祛風濕，利小便，消腫毒

主治：治風濕 關節疼痛，肌肉麻木，泄瀉，痢疾，水 腫，淋病，疔瘡， 腫毒，瘰疬，痔瘡 。

• 含多種甾體皂甙 Contains various steroidal saponins ，

• 水解產生菝葜皂甙原 等After hydrolysis it produces solanidine etc. ，

• 生物鹼 alkaloid、

• 揮 發油 essential oil、

• 鞣質tannin，

• 樹脂 resin，

• 甾醇 phytosterol 、

• 澱粉starch 等etc。

15 to 30 g in decoction

For: condyloma acuminata (genital wart) with infection

Prescription

ba qia root 500 g, gan cao  25 g

Make into decoction by boiling twice. Mix the 2 strained extract and simmer down to 100 cc. Use 50 cc each time, twice a day.

菝葜飲(《中藥大辭典》)
組成 菝葜根500 g 甘 草25 g
用法 水煎2次，濾液合並，再以文火濃縮至100mL，每服50mL，每日2次。
適應症﹕ 尖銳濕熱疣中醫辨證屬毒熱者。
